The village head failed to verify ‘Pappu’, the Army flew it

Chandigarh: The Armed Forces Court (AFT) has ordered military authority to pay the compensation of Rs 10 Lakh to a former recruiting army who was sent home from the 18-year army because of the verification of his character, the head of his village could not confirm his housing status in the village.
The village head cannot recognize recruitment, Ashutosh Singh because he is known popular by his nickname ‘Pappu’ in the village.
The court directed the army to release the amount within three months.
Lucknow AFTA’s bench consisting of justice Umesh Chandra Srivastava, a member of Judicial and Deputy Admiral Abhay Raghunath Karve, administrative members passed this order while allowing the request submitted by the former Ashutosh Singh Recruitment Army.
Singh was registered in the Army through Branch Recruiting Office (Bro), Bareilly on January 28, 2003.
At the time of recruitment, he had submitted certain documents to the officers who registered (EO) in connection with their address and character.
While undergoing military training, his verification roll was forwarded to district judges, Sitapur (Uttar Pradesh) but returned to the letter videos on July 23, 2003, stated that the applicant was not included in the time he gave at the time of registration.
Therefore, he was dismissed from the service starting January 15, 2004 to be “it could not be an efficient soldier.” Initially, he had challenged his dismissal from the army before the Allahabad High Court, who then transferred this problem to the stern.
The opinion of the applicants was that he was in his relative for four years before joining the troops and he had mentioned his true residence in the declaration to the officers who registered at the time of registration at registration.
Threaking of other applicants that Imliya villages in Sitapur Regency were their actual residence enriched with their submission that he received a registered letter dated April 26, 2004, issued by the army to the same address, which he stated at the time, which he stated at the time .
Registration, regarding the final closure of his account during its service.
During the hearing of this case, it appeared on June 15, 2003, Pradhan Village Jameel Ahmed issued a document that said that the Petitioner was not a resident of Imliya Village only for reasons why the petition was known by his nickname ‘Pappu’.
Even Pradhan Village and other villagers gave a written statement that confirmed that Ashutosh had lived in the village for the past four years before joining the army.
After hearing all parties and examined the records, AFT observed that it turned out that Pradhan Village did not make a question with the Relatives of the Petitioner and issued a certificate in connection with the applicant with Luring, which destroyed his life.
“So, from the submission of the village mentioned above Pradhan, it can be believed that he first denied that the applicant was not a resident of Imliya Village on the grounds that the Petitioner was known as the ‘Pappu’ nickname in the village and then he realized his mistake …
of things on above, the conclusion can be withdrawn that the investigation was carried out with the village of Pradhan who knew the name of the applicant as ‘Pappu’, but the reality was that because the false verification of the entire petition’s career was dismantled and he had been forced to be directed since 2004 because of the wrong confusion, “observing the back bench while compensate for the applicant.
The court also argues that military authorities can make the stems independently verified by sending representatives from the army, themselves, if they are really serious.
But unfortunately simple actions even crossed their minds, AFT added.
