Mandrem: In the BJP attack, the visit of Chairman of the Pramod Sawant to Mandrem saw a heavyweight party official, sitting MLA Dairand Sopte and the former CM Lax Phone Parsekar, not sharing the stage, with the latter did not appear on the event, but organized its own function.
Sawant, however, played his absence and said that he would join later.
Parsekar set separate functions during CM visits, adding that people attend the function without receiving money.
Sawant said that when the schedule was prepared, there was no mention of a parstekar meeting.
Both Sopte and Parsekar, in a race for party tickets for 2022 assembly polls, trying to show the cm of their strength, and work in the electoral district.
Supporters of Parsekar and BJP Karyakartas demanded that former CM be given a party ticket.
“It is good to see that you have raised the problem of the party organization in Mandrem,” Sawant said, reacting to the demands of supporters of the parsekar.
“The BJP President should have listened to the complaint.
The decision was not taken in the state, but in Delhi.
