KANHI (WB): Sleuth Bengal Barat Cid Visits the residence of BJP MLA Suvendu Adhikari here on Saturday, the second time this week, to carry out the examination needed as part of his investigation into unnatural deaths from his security guards three years ago, an officer Senior said agency.
The team of four members of Detective Cid reconstructed the Chakraborty Subhabrata suicide scene, he said.
Chakraborty, the personnel of the State Armed Police force, has been suspected of shooting himself with his 2018 Revolver service in 2018.
His wife, Suparna, recently filed a complaint demanding a new investigation into his death.
According to the Criminal Investigation Department officer (CID), Detective has prepared a “sketch map” to get a better understanding of the incident.
“We will not be able to divulge details.
All we can say is we have not faced resistance from building residents.
We will visit the place to advance our probe, if necessary,” he was maintained.
The state-run agency has so far questioned at least 11 police – three police officers and eight police officers – in connection with their investigation, he added.
On Wednesday, the Cid team had visited Adhikari’s household in the Medinipur Purba District in connection with the probe.
Adhikari’s Brother and Tamluk MP Berjami said, “They can come here 100 times, we will continue to work together …
We have so far helped by giving answers to all their questions.”
