Lucknow: City feel cold winter due to western and cold winds from hilly countries blowing on Friday.

The city has witnessed extraordinary warm conditions in December so far.
On Friday, the maximum temperature is 23.6 degrees Celsius, which is normal, but the minimum temperature (13.8 degrees Celsius) is five units above normal.
Now, under the impact of cold winds, the temperature is expected to go down to the normal level.

Explain the factors responsible for ‘cold factors’, Director of Met State JP Gupta said recent rainfall in several parts of the North Hill country because Western disruption caused a decrease in temperature in this area.
