Houston: The prosecutor on Thursday accused a woman with a capital murder at the death of a 5-year-old Houston boy who had been treated and whose body was allegedly stored in a storage unit before being found at the Texas East Motel.
Theresa Balboa, 29, was previously arrested and charged with damaging evidence, the human body, in the death of Samuel Olson, which Balboa father dated.
The cause of Samuel’s death was controlled by murder, but the Harris district staff had been waiting to demand Balboa with capital murder until investigating how he was killed.
Court documents accused Balboa to hit the boy “with blunt objects,” but did not provide additional details.
Previous prosecutors said they had tested the possibility of murder weapons.
Robert Scott, Balboa lawyer, does not immediately restore a call or comment that is looking for email.
Samuel has lived with Balboa since April 30, which is the last day he was seen in school.
The authorities did not say why Samuel remained with Balboa, not his parents, who were involved in the battle of bitter prisoners.
According to a criminal complaint submitted on Thursday, the prosecutor Alle Balboa killed Samuel on May 12, only more than two weeks before he reported it was lost on May 27.
Samuel will be 6 years old on May 29.
Balboa is charged with Samuel Death.
His roommate, Benjamin Rivera, and Dylan Walker’s friend also faced evidence that harmed the amount.
According to the restrained statement previously, Samuel’s body was stored in the bathtub in Balboa’s and Rivera’s Suburban Houston Apartmes until they put it in a plastic tote and hide it in the storage unit on May 13.
The authority accused that on June 1, Walker helped Balboa move Samuel’s body from the storage unit to a motel in Jasper, about 135 miles (215 kilometers) to the northeast, where it was found inside a plastic tote in a balboa rental pedestrian.
After Walker helped Balboa move the body to Jasper, he called the authorities to tell them where it was, the police accused.
The prosecutor said Balboa was on his way to Louisiana when he was arrested in Jasper.
Balboa, 29, still imprisoned on bonds with a total of $ 600,000 for allegations of interference and other numbers of separate cases.
But the prosecutor now asks him to be detained without a bond with the cost of the capital’s murder.
Rivera, 27, and Walker, 27, were released after posting bonds.
The next Balboa court hearing was set for Monday.
Samuel’s parents had submitted a divorce in January 2020.
His mother had main custody, but he had not seen his son since the summer of 2020, according to his river.
“I just want justice to be presented against everything involved in my baby’s death,” Sarah Olson, Mrs.
Samuel, said in a statement.
He planned to speak at a press conference on Friday.
