Mangaluru: Workshop throughout the month for candidates who want to join the police inaugurated in the Gonzaga St Aloysius Gonzaga School hall on Saturday.
The West Kisaran IGP Devajyoti Ray said that the commissioner of the Visionary City Police N Shashi Kumar has succeeded in managing this workshop and providing academic support to candidates, without funds from the country.

The workshop will guide and help the candidates prepare for the exam, he said, hoping at least 50% of them will delete the exam.
Dakshina Kannada Police Inspector Rishikesh Sonangane discussed the candidates, and said that it was not a program where eating spoons will be carried out from the aspirants.

Deputy Commissioner K V Rajendra said that the results of this effort would be seen in the next few years.

In the first week of August, City Police Commissioner N Shashi Kumar announced workshops throughout the month for candidates for police, which nearly 710 candidates appeared for screening tests.

Among the candidates, 161 came from Dakshina Kannada, 25 of Udupi, 10 of Uttara Kannada, two of Chikkamagaluru and each of Hassan and Shivamogga.
Nearly 11 candidates chosen from Karkala have been referred to by ANF SP Nikhil B.
Resources for the course of Crash will be 20 psi and a police officer, and Prashanth Bhat, an assistant professor of economics, will take the class writing translation and essays.
