Gorakhpur: A 27-year-old young man was beaten to death on Tuesday morning with his girlfriend while he was on his way home to Gorakhpur.
In his deceased family complaint, the police sent the body to postmortem.
A motorcycle recovered from that place, police said.
The victim’s family member has provided a written complaint against five people but FIR will be submitted based on complaint and postmortem reports, police said.
According to sources, Louhar Nishad (27), a Jeetpur resident under the boundaries of the Jhangha police station, worked as a laborer in Uttarakhand and had an affair with a Nishad Teach girl in the Ramgarhtal area.
The young man used to visit his aunt’s house in the Gaighat area where he met the girl and cheated on him.
On Monday night, he left with his girlfriend and was on his way to drop his house around 4am.
Somehow, the girl family knew about this and hid on the road.
As soon as they saw the couple, they surrounded them and began beating young people.
Then the police rushed to the district hospital where the doctor said he died.
Youth Mother Manthara said he went to Gaighat to get money from someone on Monday night and then he called him and said he would not be able to return at night.
In the morning, he got information that some people had beaten him to death.
The younger sister of Youth Gudia claimed that someone killed her because of a property dispute.
“The police were informed that a young man was brutally beaten and he rushed to the hospital where the doctor said he was dead.
We got information that he went to the area and entered someone’s house and then they had beaten him to death.
The family from the deceased has given a complaint letter and FIR will be submitted after the postmortem report, “said SSP Dinesh Kumar P.
