Patna: Overall 15 districts do not have active Covid cases on Monday and only 7 positively tested for viruses throughout the state in the past 24 hours, said Bulletin Department of Health.
The death toll was fixed 9,659 because there were no deaths reported in the country during the period.
Arwal, Aurangabad, Banka, Begusarai, Bhagalpur, Buxar, Style, Kaimur, Khagaria, Kishanganj, Paschim Champaran, Saharsa, Sheikhpura, Siwan and Supona have no active cases.
Two people were tested positively in Gopalganj and each in Patna, Bhojpur, Katihar, Madhubani and Purnia.
There are 69 active cases throughout the state on Monday.
At least eight more people recovered in the last 24 hours, took the amount of recovery to 7.16,173, which was 98.65% as 7.25,901 people had been infected by the virus so far.
Overall 4.4 sample crore has been tested in a state so far, including 1,28,964 in the last 24 hours.
5 Doses of Crore Vaccines are managed under circumstances: In important milestones, Bihar has become the eighth country in the country to manage 5 doses of covid-19 vaccine crore.
The state has provided a total dose of 5.08 crore vaccines so far since the national drive launch in January.
Among people who were vaccinated, 4.13 crore had taken the first jab and 95.65 lakh of their second dose.
On Monday, 7,77,069 beneficiaries vaccinated at 5,480 sites throughout the state.
With this, more than 55.6% of the qualified population have received their first dose while 12.8% get a vaccine dose, the health department official said.
About 2.90 crore people in the age group 18-44, 1.23 crore in the age group 45-60 and 94.37 senior citizens of Lakh have been vaccinated in the state, according to the information about the Cowin dashboard.
Congratulations on the health department for this achievement, Deputy CM Tarkishore Prasad said as many as 33.90,685 people were vaccinated against Covid-19 in September 17 against the 30 lakh target for that day.
