New Delhi: Given the prevailing Covid-19 pandemic, the Grants University (UGC) commission on Sunday told that the reception process at the central universities, during the 2021-22 academic session, will continue with the previous exercise.
UGC further added that the university of the general entry test (cucet) can be implemented from the 2022-23 academic session.
On Friday, the UGC has directed the college that the acceptance for the first year course for the 2021-22 session must be resolved no later than September 30 and the academic session must begin on October 1, 2021.
According to the Guidelines for the UGC guidelines when tested, the current academic session is 2020- 21 final semester examinal exams / year (2020-2021) must be carried out in offline mode (pen & paper) / online / mixed (online + offline) no later than August 31, 2021, following the prescribed protocol / guidelines related to covid pandemics 19.
The results of all school boards for class XII are expected to be stated on July 31, 2021.
However, if there are delays in the results declaration, higher education institutions can plan and start the academic session on October 18, 2021.
