ThiruvananThapuram: The Kerala Government on Thursday said that it could not allow students to wear headscarves and full arms as part of the police cadet student uniform.
The government is considering the request submitted by Riza Nahan, eight Standard GHSS students, Kuttiadi in Kozhikode.

The government, after careful examination of the facts, is fully satisfied that the reporter’s request is not large enough, the word copy of the order.
The order of the government also said that if the neglect was considered in the Cadet Student Police Project, the same demand will be carried out in other similar forces, which will significantly affect the state secularism.
“Therefore, it is not appropriate to give an indication that religious symbols are highlighted in the uniform under the Cadet Student Police Project,” Copy command stated.
Cadet Police Student (SPC) Project is a school-based initiative by Kerala Police, carried out together by the Department of Home and Education, and is supported by the Department of Transportation, Forest, Excise and Local Self-Government.
Students train high school projects to develop as future leaders of democratic society by instilling in them, respecting the law, discipline, civil society, empathy for the vulnerable part of the community and resilience of social crime.
The project also allows youth to dig and develop their innate abilities, thus empowers them to withstand negative tendency growth such as social intolerance, substance abuse, deviant behavior, and anti-establishment violence.
Same, it strengthens within their commitment to their families, society, and the environment.
