Kolkata: Baral Bengal Head Mamata Banerjee announced that local trains will not be allowed to add state governments to manage to vaccinate 50% of the rural population running in Kolkata from the district side by side using suburban train services.
He said that even though people were asked to travel in a safe way, they were often found to curl local trains, so the service could not continue.
Thus the embargo on the local train will continue until August 30, CM said.
He said that in urban areas at least one dose had been given to 75% of the population.
He said that considering the third wave proposed the state government benefited restrictions.
But he loosened the night limitation, because from now the night limitation would be between 11 o’clock and at 5 am.
CM hopes this will help do business in a better way.
He also relaxed the norm for theater and auditorium with a 50% seating capacity that can operate now.
He said that even though Bengal had the capacity to invest 11 people every day, almost 3.5 lakh to 4 lakh people were vaccinated every day because of the low supply of vaccines from the center.
So, due to slow vaccinations, the government of Bengal on Thursday surpassed limits until August 30 with increased relaxation.
