Buildings – Dee Heights Residency – No fire fighting equipment, also the plan is not approved by the Noida Authority or the Fire Department.
However, this flat, which is cheaper than houses in housing communities in other sectors, has electrical and gas connections.
Residents said the builder – Rajendra Singh Rawatan and Amit Rawat – had built three five-story buildings in the area in the same pattern.
“All three buildings are completed in 2017 and ownership is given by the builder.
However, within a few days after shifting, we have to replace the lights and the elevator stops working.
The material used is clearly below the standard.
The cable is bad and nothing is in the maintenance name,” SK Mahapa said, who lived in a building adjacent to Dee Heights Platinum.
Asked how many illegal buildings have appeared in the area, Ramesh Chandra, engineer work circle project 5, told Ti to contact a Junior Authority Noida engineer.
Junior Engineer Naveen Kumar agreed that the building had appeared illegally.
“Many buildings in the area have notifications released to them.
This building, however, is not notified.
Many buildings are also sealed,” he added.
Other officials said this flat was sold without getting a approved building plan.
“Such buildings do not follow the guidelines for the floor area ratio,” he said.
Asked about illegal construction, the CEO of Noida Authority Ritu Maheshwari said a team would check the building and take action if needed.
