New Delhi: The government on Tuesday reaffirmed that had not made a decision to prepare a national list of Indian citizens (NRIC) at the national level.

However, the Minister of State for Nityaan and Rai houses, while replying to written questions on Lok Sabha on Tuesday, clarifying: “Until now, the government has not made a decision to prepare a national list of Indian citizens at the national level”.
