There is a need to strengthen the Committee System in Parliament: Thakur Anurag

Shimla: Information Union and Minister of Broadcasting Thakur has stated that the need to further strengthen the committee system in parliament and the legislature.
He said that experts must be involved in the work of strengthening the committee system.
He said that the research system must be strengthened to make discussions more qualitative in the parliamentary and legislative assembly.
He said that qualitative discussions would benefit the country and society.
Anurag Thakur spoke at the 82nd chairman’s conference at Shimla on Thursday.
Overcoming the conference cover session, he said that youth assistance can be considered as a quality improvement and the level of discussion in parliament and legislative assembly and if possible, youth can be given an internship in this matter.
He said that for legislative strength, national competition can be arranged between them.
He said that it was 75 years since state independence.
Even after Himachal became full of state, the 50-year loophole had passed.
He said that the chairman’s officer’s conference began more than 100 years ago and there was a need to look back on these problems and see what had been achieved.
He said that what had been achieved in a 100-year parliamentary system and what kind of change could be done to strengthen it further, this needs to be considered.
He said that the responsibility of strengthening democracy rested on the shoulders of the chairman’s officer.
He said that by collecting speeches from both legislative and parliament, they could be submitted to people, especially the younger generation through the platform to strengthen democracy.
He also suggested the main officers to regulate the legislative week every year in this country.
Sharing his experience in parliament which mentioned the power of the chairman of the chairman of Thakur also mentioned the former Speaker Lok Sabha Somnath Chatterjee.
He said that when he stood up to speak for the first time in parliament, Somnath Chatterjee told parliamentary members that here a young MP had stood up to speak for the first time, you all had to listen to it.
He said it pushed his moral.
He said that the speaker or officer of the chairman did not belong to any party, the members needed the protection of chairmen officers.
Anurag Thakur also mentions the Corona epidemic in his speech.
Referring to Covid-19, he said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the country faced a pandemic challenge.
More than 100 Crore Corona vaccines have been given.
Despite the Corona crisis, more business has been done at Lok Sabha and Sabha Rajya from before.
He also mentioned the law delivered by the state legislative assembly after the first chairman’s conference was held at Shimla in September 1921.
