Prayagraj: Taking serious records of lawyers who appear in multi-color shirts and casual clothes during the virtual audience, the High Court of Allahabad has prescribed the dress code for lawyers and also asked the office carrier from the High Court Bar Association to advise members not to adopt any casual approach when It comes before this court through virtual mode that can cause obstacles in the administration of justice.
Passing the direction above, justice Saurabh Shyam Shammshery was observed, “The appearance of advocates in casual clothing is very inappropriate and unacceptable under any circumstances.

The place from which they appear must have a decent background and assign with a peaceful environment and remain attentive to the court.
