Rushikesh Patel, Minister of Health said that at this time there were no changes in the timing curfew.
Patel spoke with the media at the launch of a vaccination drive on the doorstep in the Ahmedabad district.
“Samples are being sent for genome sequencing.
If necessary, the district with a high load might see the sidewalk,” Patel said.
On Wednesday, Gujarat has recorded 54 new positive cases, the highest in four months for the country.
While the death of Covid patients remained very low in the past two months, the state has violated 40 cases everyday three times in November.
