New Delhi: Children under five years are excluded from pre-and post-arrival testing on arrival in India, according to the Ministry of Health and family welfare.
However, if they found symptomatic for Covid-19 on arrival or during the home quarantine period, they will undergo testing and treatment according to the protocol.

The revised guidelines also stated that 15 days must pass since the completion of the Covid-19 vaccination schedule.
On arrival, de-boarding it must be done, ensuring physical blasphemy and thermal screenings of all passengers were carried out by health officials present at the airport.
Alleged contact cases are co-passengers sitting in the same line, plus three lines in front and three lines behind, along with the cabin crew identified.
In addition, all the communities of travelers who have been tested positively will be quarantined for 14 days and are tested in accordance with the Indian Council of the medical research protocol, this guideline states.
