Nagpur: Vidarbha region reported the fourth day ‘zero covid death’ on August 10 on Tuesday.
The number of daily tests also increased with the beginning of the new week, but not the number of new cases.
Of the nearly 14,000 tests carried out in the last 24 hours in the Vidarbha area, 34 positive.
The overall test rate rose below 0.30%, which was an encouraging sign.
60 patients recovered, took aggregate to 10,96,901 as against 11,18,723 cases.
This pegule the level of recovery this area is more than 98%.
On Tuesday, Bhandara, Wardha, Gondia, and Washim Regency reported zero new cases.
Yavatmal (1), akola (2), Nagpur, Chandrapur and Gadchiroli (5 each), Buldhana (6) report a single digit case.
Amravati (10) is the only district to report a two-digit increase in cases.
Meanwhile, 23 patients recovered from Nagpur.
Now, only 144 patients who are in care in this district.
Overall, in Vidarbha, 469 patients were in treatment.
This is the lowest number of active cases in the past 13 months.
The daily test count, which fell to 8,700 on Monday, returned to nearly 14,000 on Tuesday.
Most districts in Vidarbha held public events such as ‘wild vegetable festivals’ and schools running in rural areas, following the Covid protocol.
On Tuesday, the Gondia district allows the opening of the cattle market regularly because the sales season of livestock begins.
However, there is no further relaxation offered.
Amravati: With 10 new cases and many recovery, district kasel rose to 96,585 and the total recovery became 94,951.
There is no Covid death.
It leaves 72 active cases.
Yavatmal: Without death on Tuesday, the victim remained unchanged at 1,787.
The district has a positive patient originating from the city of Yavatmal and there are three recovery too.
At present there are eight positive positive patients who underwent treatment at the hospital.
Of 72,817 positive patients, 71,022 have recovered.
Wardha: Active district load kasel is under 10 marks.
After four was dismissed on Tuesday, 9 patients underwent treatment in the district while there were no new cases or deaths reported.
The total Caseload is 49,381, the recovery is 48,047 and the toll road is 1,325.
On Tuesday, 448 test reports were received.
Chandrapur: Tuesday did not witness Covid’s death in the district after reporting deaths for two consecutive days.
There were eight recovery of five new detection, leaving 73 patients active in care.
Covid Toll remains stable at 1.537, while Kaseload and total recovery edged up to 88,548 and 86,938 during the day.
Bhandara: Regency conducts 467 tests and nothing is positive.
On the other hand, one patient who underwent recovered treatment, which again brought the number of patients less exercising in Bhandara to zero.
Gondia: Without a new case, there is no recovery and no death – it is a zero covid day for the Gondia, where 379 tests are carried out in the last 24 hours.
Now, two patients are under treatment.
The recovery rate is 98.3% here.
Gadchiroli: Five new patients and five recovery on Tuesday save the number of patients less exercising unchanged at 34 at Gadchiroli.
Of the 30,642 cases reported to date, 29,863 has recovered at the recovery rate of 97.46%.
Washim: zero new case and two recovery marked Tuesday in Washim.
This reduces the number of patients not exercising up to 15 in the district.
Buldhana: A total of 1,489 tests were carried out in bulldhana in the last 24 hours and only six of them were positive.
With three recovery reported on Tuesday; 86,603 of 87,338 Covid patients have so far recovered.
Bulldhana still has 63 patients in care.
Akola: Two of 830 positive tests in Akola on Tuesday.
Two patients recovered.
