Pandey replied to the question starring by MLC Prem Congress Chandra Mishra at Vidhan Parishad on the second day of the Monsun session.
Mishra said a large number of Covid patients had died in the second wave and claimed that more than 30% of these deaths were caused by infections in the ICU because the equipment was not sterilized well and cleanliness was not maintained.
