Ludhiana: Citizenship Authority cannot reach conclusions about the revision of the tip fee to be given to private companies to lift waste from secondary collection points.
The Mayor of Balkar Sandhu has formed a committee to make decisions about revisions, but panel members gave Him’s decision rights and commissioners.
