Chandigarh: The Haryana government has notified Punjab and Haryana High Court that there is no direct threat to civil rights of villagers belonging to the Casses Community (SC) scheduled for the village of Jind District.

It was also announced that if there were villagers who did not obey this boycott, the person had to pay a fine of RS 11,000 to Pancrayat.
