Nashik: The gas station authorities in all cities have begun to install posters who remind motorbike riders that they will not get fuel starting August 15 if they rise to facilities without helmets according to police direction.
The police said one or two personnel would be deployed in each of the 70 gas stations in the city to ensure that motorcyclists comply with regulations and did not make a commotion at the fuel station.
Senior Inspector Ashok Bhagat from the Panchavati police station said, “We have explained to the owner of the gas station, the concept behind floating rules’ no helmets without gasoline at the charging station.

“Personnel from the police station throughout the city have held a meeting with the owner of the gas station to make a successful rule.
“Bikers are found to arrive at the gas station without wearing a helmet to fill out the form, provide details such as names, telephone numbers, and addresses.
Motorcycle riders must also state in the form of reasons not to wear a protective head teeth.
The form filled with the wrong driver will be sent to the traffic branch office for further action, “said Bhagat.
Motorized vehicles acted mandating a fine of RS500 to drive two-wheeled vehicles without a helmet.
However, no penalty will be taken from the wrong motorcyclist at the gas station, police said.
Senior Inspector Pandharinath Dhakane from the Mhasrool police station said, “Beat Marshals from each police station will visit the gas station in their jurisdiction regularly.”
