New Delhi: There will be no entrance tickets for this session in class 6, 7 and 11 in Rajkiya Pratibha Vidyalaya (RPVV) who are in the process of being enhanced to the School of Special Advantages (SOSS), according to the Directorate of Education.
“Chasing the Delhi cabinet decision for the conversion of Rajkiya Pratibha Vidyalaya (RPVV) to special excellence schools (SOSE), there will be no new entrance tickets in class 6, 7 and 11 in RPVV for the 2021-22 academic session,” Doe said in order official.

Unlike other Delhi government schools, this is exclusive and reception for this is done for grade 6 and 11 through competitive entrance tests.
Delhi Cabinet has been in March approved a proposal for the establishment of 100 special excellence schools in Delhi.
This proposal was first announced by Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia during this year’s budget speech.
He has announced that five existing excellence schools and RPVV will be part of this particular 100 school excellence.
Each of these schools is proposed to include one domain specialization – science, technology, techniques and mathematics (stems), performances and visual arts, Humanities and “high-end century skills”.
Special excellence schools will focus on providing opportunities for learning opportunities through advanced infrastructure, creativity and learning focus on problem solving and teaching, strong partnerships with universities and industry leaders, guidance schemes and easy access to PAN roles.
