There is no order in online games based on personal morality: HC

Chennai: There is no doubt that children are addicted to game and mobile phones online but the court cannot order such regulations for such problems based on the sense of personal morality of applicants or judges, Madras High Court observes on Thursday.
This is not for the court to impose restrictions, the first bench of the chairman of Judge Sanjib Banerjee and Justice Senthilkumar Ramamoorthy.
However, the bench added that the court could step over if the executive failed to act on any representative that was carried out in this matter.
“There is no doubt that young children and young adults today are addicted to their phones and their world seems to turn around their cellphones.
Often a family can jointly sit at the table but each member uses a telephone even to describe the dishes they might experience or Today’s food quality, “Bench said.
However, the court must slowly enter such an area on the sense of personal morality of individual complains or judges concerned, the court asserts.
Instead of the court issued orders, such policy issues must be submitted to their wisdom representing people when the selected government is in place, Bench said.
The court made observations on the pill moved by E Martin Jayakumar looking for directions to the United States to regulate online games that harm children and young adults.
