There is no quorum as MPS Spar in the panel meeting, the secretary missed it

New Delhi: The Permanent LED Committee meeting of the Tharoor Shashi about information technology saw a high drama on Wednesday with 10 BJP parliamentarians who emerged at the meeting, but refused to register their presence, effectively devoted the process due to the lack of quorums that were passed by high-ranking discussion last minute.
The house panel is scheduled to discuss “privacy and security of citizen data”, topics that include all that will reach the controversial Pegasus and the ‘Sulli Deals’ application problem.
What was also unprecedented was that three workers’ secretaries, including Secretary Meity Ajay Sawhney, who on July 20 confirmed that they would depend on the house panel, ask themselves from appearing one hour before the committee met at 4 pm on Wednesday.
There was further controversy when after the meeting, MP BJP Nishikant Dubey accused the MP Trinamool Mohua Moitra from abusing the entire population of Hindi-speaking countries.
“By using the word Bihari Goonda, Aitc MP not only abuses Biharis but also the entire population of Hindi-speaking countries.
This reflects the hatred of AITC on this language and its people.” The consistency of officials, the source said, opposed the rules of parliament and “parliamentary insults” which were clear Since the inability to attend a meeting must be approved by the Chairperson of the First Committee, which is not done in this case.
Developments tend to be read in the context of MPS Tharoor and opposition collided with members of NDA.
Although the panel meeting was held with 19 people, with BJP MPS refused to register the presence, it fell short of the 10 quorum by one.
However, the member of the ruling party parliament insisted on sitting, which leads to the sharp exchange of words between Moitra and Dubey, and the attack “without reason” by Moitra where he refers to “Goonda”.
Without an official that appeared, and the lack of quorum, the meeting was called.
However, six members of the opposition parliament, including the Chairperson of Shashi Tharoor, was studied to approach the speaker Om Birla to register their protest against “70 years of parliamentary traditions that were turned on in their heads” with officials failed to switch.
“What happens today shows the length of being willing to be discussed by BJP not to discuss the issue of Pegasus Spyware,” said the member attending the meeting.
Meanwhile, Dubey gave the notice of the privilege of Tharoor, and demanded his elimination as the head of the panel, alleged that he misused his position and violated parliamentary norms.
Increasing this problem at zero hours, Dubey accuses Tharoor to divulge the details of the panel function to the media by misusing its strength and does not show respect for parliament.
He said his movements, signed by 17 members, must be taken and the parliamentary panel meeting should not be held until the decision was taken at his request.
