There is no registry, buyers of city sports houses to move to court

Noida: Ashok Vardhan has ordered a flat in the condo in the sector 79 back in 2011.
While he moved to property in 2018, he could not register property.
Like Vardhan, around 15,000 flat owners in nearly 15 projects in this sector are registering to get their units registered as a substitute for delayed city sports projects intended to provide the best sports infrastructure along with housing.
Without a roadmap from the Government and Noida Authority, citizens have now decided to move the court.
After the city sports scheme was launched in 2011, the authority of Noida has sold plots to private builders who have to develop sports facilities and other infrastructure.
Under the scheme, around 70% of the regions must be provided for recreational and sports facilities while commercial infrastructure is permitted at 10% of the region while housing plots or group housing projects will appear on the remaining 20%.
“We have not received a road map from the Government or Noida Authority.
I have applied the right to information (RTI) about three months back on the sports city project, but the department concerned says the question cannot be answered.

Residents of Mahagun Mirabella said the collective occupants have now begun to work on the initial documentation process needed to move the court.

Stopping registration is an attack on their interest,” Gupta said.
Noida Aceo Praveen Mishra authority told TII, “We are not in a position to reveal anything at this time.
Something is happening but will be distributed by the CEO of the Noida Authority when the time comes.”
