Greater Noida: The authority of the construction of the Great Noida Industry (Gnida) will not receive a structural safety certificate from Jamia Milia Islamia for the next three months for buildings in its area, CEO Narendra Bhoooshan said on Thursday.
The decision was taken at a meeting with the flat owner of the Noida extension, which complained of seepage and leakage in buildings whose safety certificates had been issued by the university.
The CEO has formed an official committee from various departments and search for reports on building conditions.
He has said that Jamia may not be removed from the Gnida panel, but will not be allowed to issue a temporary certificate.
If structural deficiency is found in other buildings too, in its place, he said, IIT-Delhi, IIT-Roorkee and CBRE can issue a certificate.
“I have met the flat owner of the renewal of Noida on various problems at our branch office every Wednesday.
At the last meeting, they show leakage and seepage in the basement and joints in their building complexes.
Because most of the structural safety certificates have been released by Jamia Milia, I forbidden it to issue the document for the next three months.
We have written to them in this matter.
I have now asked Iit-Delhi, Iit-Roorkee and CBre to issue a certificate, “said BhooShan.
He added that two IIT or CBRE would be returned with Gnida to issue a safety certificate.
Also, as a measure to resolve the pending registry problem with home buyers, Gnida CEO has developed a plan where the buyer’s association will provide a list of units sold in their apartment complexes.
Builder must also provide details about how many contributions paid for the unit sold.
For this, Gnida CEO has formed a committee under additional CEOs and officials from planning, finance and other departments.
This committee will ensure the phase-wise registry of the remaining unit after verifying the list compiled from buyers and builders.
If successful, the model can be implemented in all apartment complexes that face registry problems.
“The plan will not only help authority get income but also ensure that buyers can register their flat.
For this, I have formed a committee led by Aceo.
This will also have officials from the Ministry of Finance, Builder and Gnida Planning.
They will sit with the builder And buyers and arrive at some recommendations after verifying all documents and units.
This can allow the phase-wise registry, say a few towers per apartment complex.
If this model is successful, we will implement it across noida, “said BhooShan.
Abhishek Kumar, President of the Welfare Association The owner of the owner of the Flat Extension Noida, told Bhooshan that at least 25,000 units of projects such as Supertech Eco Village 1, 2, 3, Elbow Sion, Sky Garden, La Residencia, Victory, etc.
Not yet processed the registry.
