Jaipur: Tonk Police on Friday rejected a report on a strong Hindu family migration due to communal tensions at Malpura Tehsil from the district.
Quoting local media reports, State President of BJP Satish Poonia claimed that 300 Hindu families left Malpura due to lack of security.
The police in the preliminary report had been cleaned so that they never received complaints by any family left or sold property under pressure from communal forces.
The police found that the accusation was related to one Hindu family who sold a house to a Muslim on September 7 was being deployed by the population with the same location.
Tonk sp, Om Prakash told Tii, “Claim 300 families migrated and insecure among the majority community misleading and far from reality.
Our team has found that Hindu and Muslim families have migrated from Malpura for general reasons – a better future .
“to verify the claim made by the BJP Chief Poonia and locals, police approached the Revenue Department officials and learned that the house deal that has caused controversy is the first of its kind in recent years in which a Hindu sell the property to a Muslim property.
SP said, “In short, the problem is between buyers and sellers.
No one can oppose the land agreement unless the law violation occurs.” The house in question was located in Jain Mohalla who was handed over by One Hemraj Sharma to Ibrahim Khan on September 7.
The next day residents from the environmental figures of Malpura – 11, 12, 19, 20 and 21 gathered to oppose the agreement quoting that Muslim families in non-Muslims can create legal and order problems.
Krishan Advocate Kant Jain, a resident of Jain Mohalla who led the campaign along with the builder of Rajkumar Jain, told Tii, “a house bought by a Muslim is blocking our historic Digger Digger Temple.
It will be very uncomfortable and unwise to pass a house that consumes non-vegan, which is prohibited in our religion.
“He then used his legal knowledge to justify the move, said,” It is very legal to buy a house anywhere.
However, if it rises a security threat to a group of people, it becomes fundamentally for the country To protect them and even cancel the home agreement.
“Jain claims to have a record to show that more than 300 Hindu families migrated from Malpura since 1992.
The problem is no longer remain within the limit of the Malpura, a Canton in the old Tonk.
BJP quickly slapped the political accusations of appeasing the powerful congress ahead of the assembly session on Thursday.
