Nagpur: Family members from the alleged victims of the death of the Custodian, physically challenging Thaokar’s manook, along with Nagpur Mla Timur Krishna Khopde, met CP Amitesh Kumar on Monday who was looking for justice.
Thaokar rushed to a private hospital from the Pardi police station where he was declared dead in July 7.
The case is now being examined by the Crimina State Investigation Department (CID) which has not made a decision about the violation registration even after a month has passed.
According to the source in Cid countries, the probe institution is now awaiting a chemical analysis report from the Regional Forensic Science Laboratory (RFSL) to achieve conclusions regarding the causes of death.
Although recurring reminders, the RFSL authority is likely to take more time to send their reports.
Based on the RFSL report, the Cid Country is likely to look for further clarification of the causes of thaokar deaths from universities forensic experts and the government’s medical hospitals stored their opinions ‘provided’ after post-mortem.
Cases so far have been registered as unintentional deaths.
The Cid State can register a violation under the Indian Criminal Code (IPC) for guilty murders who do not amounts to murders based on the RFSL findings and expert opinions from the Forensic Department of Gmch.Thaokar, which are on the scooter, intercepted in a dramatic condition while trying to escape, ignore the attitude Police to stop at Nakabandi near Pardi Naka.

Thaokar was taken to the Pardi police station where he fainted after two hours.
While the police have claimed there were no difficult steps taken against Thaokar, his family and other eyewitnesses contrary to this view, which stated that he threw at the point of Nakabandi and also at the police station which caused his death.
After the incident, CP Kumar suspended an officer and two police officers from the Pardi police station.
Cases of unintentional deaths are also registered with the Pardi Police Station.
This case was then submitted to the Cid State.
The family has claimed that until now there has been no assistance to have arrived from the government except the three lakh Hospital promised by the BJP leaders who visited their residence.
“We have not received any communication from the government,” said Adik Manoj, Vinod, Vinod, Khopde said he had appealed before CP to ensure the victim’s wife was assisted by work.
“There is no minister from the petelling government visiting the affected family,” Khopde said.
“CP has promised to send proposals to the government for the work for the victim’s wife,” he said.
Khopde also convinced to take cases with Cid countries too.
