Kalyan: Kalyan Dombivli Municipal Corporation (KDMC) has told that areas in Kalyan will face 12-hour water cuts on August 10, Tuesday.
“To make improvements and restoration work at the KDMC line water treatment plant, the supply of water in East and West Kalyan will remain suspended on August 10 from 8am to 8pm,” said the civil body.
This urges people to use water saving for the next few days and save adequate water for daily needs.
Even after the supply of water is restored, residents have been advised to boil water before consuming it.
A few days ago too, the supply of water was affected in Kalyan and Dombivli, when heavy rains beat twin cities.
