There is no weekly NCB presence for Aryan now

Mumbai: The Bombay High Court on Wednesday modified one of its guaranteed conditions imposed on Arya Khan and allowed it to attend the office of the Special Investigation Team (sit) and when called notification 72 hours earlier.
Aryan Khan (23), son of actor Bollywood Shahrukh Khan, has last week moved the High Court with a request to modify the condition of the guarantee during the weekly presence at the office of the investigation officer in Mumbai in connection with the Bureau control narcotics case (NCB) every Friday.
.
The son of the actor was given a guarantee on October 28 by HC Bench of Judge Nitin Sambre after being in detention since October 3 after his arrest at the International Cruise Terminal.
Conditions for guarantees include a three-hour presence every day every Friday at the NCB office in Mumbai, among several other information that will be provided with travel plans outside Mumbai.
He wants this condition of attendance to be changed, but has not determined the reduction or change he expected.
HC heard a request on Wednesday when his senior adviser Amit Desai proposed that with the probe now handed over to a special team from Delhi his weekly presence in Mumbai could be changed to allow him to attend Delhi sitting whenever he was asked.
He added it will also ease the burden on the police as every time they need to have bandobast and it will allow officers available to other urgent work.
Shreeram Shirdsat, advice for NCB, submitted a short written statement and said “Conditions can be modified to say let him be present as and when called by Sit Delhi as an investigation is now handled.” Desai said other conditions (I) in the order of guarantees sent a travel plan when traveling outside Mumbai was also amended.
HC has imposed 14 guarantee conditions in Aryan in this case and has directed his release on R Rs 1 Lakh’s PR.
Senior adviser to beat Rohatgi, taken from London for HC Hearing HC, along with senior adviser Amit Desai and Advocate Satish Maneshinde and Desai with Advocate Taraq said that the merchants arguing at length they say cannot be limited when evidence cannot be limited to supporting the NCB case of conspiracy Greater or allegations of “international links” through chat or other materials.
Desai said the three arrests themselves were “illegal” and it was not a case of “conspiracy” that needed a “mind meeting” before the alleged action and there was absolutely no evidence that the two friends knew others on the cruise ship.
No Charas found in Khan and alleged seizures from merchants and Dhamecha are minuscule – 6g charas from merchant shoes and 5g hashish from the floor of the Dhamecha cabin – and interested in maximum maximum punishment other than that even the case of consumption and bail cannot be rejected, they are not It argues that Asg Anil Singh for NCB has opposed the guarantee application.
