Thiruvananthapuram: The country witnessed 31,625 positive cases of 1.67,497 samples tested in the last 24 hours.
The test level of the test is 18.67%.
Meanwhile, 153 recently confirmed deaths as caused by Covid-19, took the death toll in the state to 20,467.
At the same time, 21,468 patients have recovered from this disease.
Among new cases, 29,891 cases have been infected through local transmission.
Infection contact sources cannot be traced to 1.158.
There are 96 health care professionals among those infected, and 120 people have arrived from outside the country.
Thrissur reported the highest number of cases with (3.957), followed by Ernakulam (3,807), Kozhikode (3,292), Malappuram (3,199), Kollam (2,751), Palakkad (2,488), Thiruvananthapuram (2,360), Kottayam (1,943), Kottayam (1,680 ), Kannur (1,643), Pathanamthitta (1,229), Wayanad (1,224), Idukki (1,171) and Kasaragod (521).
So far, 37,51,666 people have recovered from Coronavirus infection in the state, even as 2,04,896 patients still undergoing treatment for the same thing.
There are 5,14,031 people currently observing in various districts, where 4,84,508 is in the center of house or institutional quarantine, and 29,523 in isolation in hospitals.
