New Delhi: In one of the largest developments in Cricket India, Rahul Dravid has agreed to become a coach of the Indian senior team on Friday during the Final IPL.
The development took place in Dubai when President BCCI Sourly and Secretary Jay Shah held a meeting with Dravid and convinced him to become coach of the Indian team after the T20 World Cup in the UAE.
“Dravid has confirmed he will become the head coach of the next Indian team.
He will resign as NCA’s head immediately,” said an official on BCCI to Ti on Friday night after the IPL final.
Toi can also confirm that Lieutenant trusted Dravid, Paras Mhambrey has been appointed as Bowling coach as reported by TOI on October 12.
There was no decision made on the replacement coach R Sridhar field.
