Securing work in large technology companies such as Apple, Google, Microsoft and Amazon are quite aspirations for many professionals.
Not only because of prestige but they also pay a handsome salary and some even offer imitated benefits.
But where is the job that payments at these companies? A report by business insider highlights the work of what fat salaries are taken in Microsoft.
The company is required to disclose information about salaries between other things when they employ foreign workers on H1-B visas that provide insight into how much large technology companies pay their employees.
Furthermore, Business Insider analyzes more than 1,400 employees at a foreign worker visa by 2020 to find out which role is the most salary.
Analysis involves seeing a role that pays $ 1.75,000 or more at the end of the salary scale.
According to the report, the highest salary of analysis was found is for channel sales managers.
The salary obtained by the channel sales manager is around $ 250,000 (Rs 1.83 Crore).
Also, note that this is not the average salary for sales managers in Microsoft but who pays the highest.
Apart from the sales manager, software engineers and researchers are among the highest payment work in Microsoft.
The highest salary for both of these jobs is not mentioned in the report.
These figures are based on the data analyzed for 2020.
Salary structures in companies such as Microsoft often include equity options and bonuses.
