As per finding, Samsung and Xiaomi appeared as the smartphone brand most preferred this celebration season, with more than 24% of respondents who want to buy Samsung phones followed by Xiaomi.
Redmi Note 10 Series and Samsung M21 and the other Galaxy M series telephone topped the popularity charts among survey respondents.
This survey was reported to be carried out in Level 1 City, Tier 2 and Tier 3 and cities.
The most popular smartphone category The middle class smartphone category consists of smartphones between RS 15,000 – RS 25,000 is the most popular, with most people who want to buy a device in the segment.
In accordance with the survey, 37% of respondents are looking to buy smartphones at this price point.
‘Looking’ features with respect to product, performance, camera, battery capacity attributes, display quality (in this order) is the top feature of determining purchasing decisions.
According to the survey, when it comes to display, people find the type of display (LCD, AMOLED) and display resolution (HD +, FHD +, QHD +) to be a more important attribute than displaying the speed of refresh.
This survey also reveals insight into buyers’ preferences for 5G phones.
More than 54% of respondents looking for 5G compatible phones.
Requests for larger battery cellphones are also strong with more than 46% of respondents who choose the phone with a 5000mAh-6000mAh battery.
According to the survey, 96% of respondents prefer the appearance of AMOLED and many displays of FHD + resolution prefer.
More than 61% of respondents prefer smartphones with a level of refreshing 120Hz display.
With the impact of Covid-19 on disposable income, customers prefer Emi at no cost and other affordable financial options that allow them to buy the desired phone without worrying about high interest rates or paying in advance.
Other financial offers such as no EMI fees, excellence for Prime Amazon users are also considered by customers.
