These teachers use new ways to overcome pandemic challenges

Lucknow: When Pandemic Covid-19 hit the country last year forced the closure of the school, there was a teacher who ensured that learning did not stop.
Some of them turned out to be a quiet hero who helped those who were less able to use alternatives for regular class studies.
On Teacher’s Day, the most popular Toi, the teachers without services carrying changes in the middle of a pandemic.
Hansmukhi, a 44-year-old head teacher in an elementary school in the Sarsawa Block from the Saharanpur district goes to the door to the door of the parents to allow their children to free grade every day.
“Most children in our village do not have smart phones.
So, I started taking classes by telephone.
Children enjoy and they are ready for notes,” he said.
He even bought a notebook and got printed learning material.
For Mithra Mithra, 45 years old, the closing of the school has never made a difference.
He has students together and holds open classes in the Ikauna block from the Shraverti district.
“There is no open area near our school.
So we decided to sit under a tree near a temple where physical distance can be followed,” Mithilesh said.
Jyoti Kumari, 41, utilizes technology and ensures that there are no secondary English school students in the Koilara Bhadohi block which is seized from the learning material.
“At my own expense, I print all worksheets and travel to school every week to distribute it among students.
I am happy to see students who come only to take and submit worksheets,” he said.
“Many teachers above extend to students during the closing of the school to ensure the continuity of learning.
They won every opportunity to overcome all obstacles,” said UNICEF Education Specialist Ritwik Patra.
