Thiruvananthapuram: APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University to continue the BTECH test

Thiruvananthapuram / Kochi: Consequences with profitable orders from the Division of High Court Division, APJ University University Abdul Kalam has decided to continue the BTECH exam from Thursday.
“All examinations will continue according to the previous schedule.
The new date of July 28 examination was postponed after a single bench order was announced later,” said a university source in Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday.
The previous division bench on the day was a single bench order canceled the first and third semester exam done by the University.
The division bench led by the chairman of the judge said the exam could be held according to the previous schedule.
The court also directed that the exam scheduled on Wednesday but could not be held because the single bench order must be done by issuing new notifications.
The appeal submitted by the University is considered by the division bench.
The university has argued that UGC norms did not state that offline exams should not be held.
The single bench has issued a sequence that cites violations of the norms set by the UGC to conduct an exam through online mode.
The petition submitted by eight students is considered by a single bench.
Students have argued that all examinations other than the final semester must be made online according to the UGC norm.
