THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: A handicapped person, who had been under treatment once that he sustained burn injuries in an attack, succumbed to injuries in the Medical College Hospital (MCH) here on Saturday. He had been known as Varghese, 47, a resident of Aruviyodu, Kunnathukal. He’s survived by wife and two sons. The incident occurred on May 12. Varghese hurried a coffin store attached to his home. Sebastian, 55, that resides contrary to the shop had filed complaints with all local police stating that the store served in a prohibited fashion and that it needs to be demolished. The regional government didn’t act to the complaint after finding no virtue in it. This infuriated Sebastian and that he allegedly hurled gas packed bottles in Varghese who had been in his store and flung flame stick. Varghese suffered wounds and that he was hurried to the MCH. Due to the severe nature of accidents, he died on Saturday. Sebastian, that strove to escape by the scene later depositing gas bottleswas chased down from natives and he had been handed over to authorities. The authorities had previously filed a case under Section 307 IPC and observing the passing of Varghese, Section 302 had been enrolled. State commissionerate for handicapped required further investigation with a high level official to the issue. The commissioner also required that proper compensation will be deducted in the accused to your household of Varghese.
