Thiruvananthapuram: Nedumangad police arrested three men who allegedly attacked a couple during the upheaval involving anger all day ago.
The police identified the defendant as Shameer, 32, from Chekkakonam near Karakulam and Madhu, 50, from the Arambam and then, 49, from Pathamallu near Nedumangad.
The police said the incident was related to this case lasting on Friday at around 19:30 in Valicode.
The couple, who is a complainant in this case, traveling with their scooters.
In Valicode, their scooters moved close to automatic rickshaws where all three were accused of traveling.
They accused some carelessness that made the way for a fight.
They blocked the way of scooters and harassed them verbally.
When they answered, the defendant physically attacked them.
After the incident, the pair filed a complaint, after the three men were detained.
Their arrests were recorded by the home inspector Nedumangad Santhosh Kumar station.
They were charged with relevant parts using dirty language and caused injured.
