There is a new bug in Windows 11 which causes the color to be displayed incorrectly.
The most common problem trimmed in this bug is that it shows white like yellow.
This bug appears when a certain image editor is run on several monitors that support HDR.
TechRadar reports that Microsoft investigates this problem thoroughly and the software giant has marked support documents that include all known problems currently encountered Windows 11.
Microsoft states, “After installing Windows 11, some image editing programs might not make color correctly on Certain HDR views.
This is often observed in white, which can be displayed in bright or other yellow , and color profile options are available on the Windows 11 settings page, including the Microsoft color control panel, it is expected to function properly, “the software giant adds the company to also observe that color errors affect it, especially those who run Windows 11 version 21H2.
Microsoft has confirmed that currently working on repairs, and can be expected to be sent at the end of January.
The date of the arrival expected can mean that we might find this improvement bundled in a single update in the preview for the same month, which might see full releases and patches Tuesday in February.
Fortunately, this special bug is limited to limited number of subsets.
This bug only affects certain image editors and only causes problems on certain HDR monitors.
