Lucknow / Sultanpur: Hai Purvanchal Expressway as a medium to take a country to a brighter future, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that he could not imagine that he would land on the same toll road where he placed the stone foundation three years ago.
Speaking after inaugurating the Indian functional freeway (341 km), he said: “This is a toll road for new development, a reflection of modern facilities and SanKalp round certification to Siddhi,” telling a variety of upcoming freeways including Ganga Expressway, Bundelkhand Expressway, Gorakhpur Link Expressway and Ballia Link Expressway.
He said that the development of the country was planned not only for five years but considering the whole decade.
He also watched Airshow on an airfield 3.2 km which was built on the toll road in Sultanpur District.

He said that the defense corridor built on the top will also bring new job opportunities here.
