Oneplus is ready to launch a third smartphone under the affordable Nord mobile series with Oneplus Nord 2.
When we move closer to the launch date of Oneplus Nord 2– July 22– more detailed and speculation around the phone appears.
The latest reveal is the expected price in India.
Smartphone fans expect that Oneplus Nord 2 will be appreciated above RS 30,000 and will not be affordable compared to the original Nord and Nord CE, which was launched a month again.
Oneplus Nord CE 5G was present in three variants scattered at the price point of Rs 22,999, Rs 24,999 and Rs 29,999.
Given the fact that Nord CE 5G is a “stripped-down” variant of the original Nord and only focuses on providing “core experience”, Nord 2 which will come expected to be higher.
If the report will be trusted, Oneplus Nord 2 5G can only start from RS 29,999 at least.
Although there is no official word about the price of Oneplus Nord 2 in India, several media reports highlight that the device can be started at Rs 31,999.
Oneplus Nord 2 5G will be powered by the dimensity of MediaTek 1200 chipset.
This will be the first Oneplus smartphone that doesn’t come with a Qualcomm chipset.
Oneplus Nord CE 5G was just launched running Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G 5G SOC.
Oneplus Nord 2 5G is expected to come with the same display found in Nord CE 5G – Display of 6.43-inch AMOLED punch holes with selfie cameras in the upper left corner.
Of course, it will be a 90Hz refresh speed panel with an aspect ratio of 20: 9 and full HD + resolution.
There will be a fingerprint sensor in the screen and selfie camera can include a 32MP sensor.
The device will run Oxygenos based on the Android 11 operating system and can be supported by a 4.500mAh battery with the cost of the OnePlus War 30T plus fast charging with 30W output.
As far as the camera concerns, Oneplus Nord 2 5G is expected to display a triple camera setting on the back with a 50MP SONY IMX766 primary sensor along with 8MP and 2MP secondary sensors.
