The court of a judge did not have jurisdiction to entertain the guarantee application for violations with punishment which was prescribed more than three years under narcotics narcotics and psychotropic (NDPS) acting because it could be placed by a special court, according to the sequence of a guarantee of Aryan Khan’s request and two, held in Cruise ship drug case, rejected.
The head of the Magistrate Metropolitan (ACMM) R M Nerlikar has refused their bail application on Friday.
In the order of 15 pages, the details available on Saturday, ACMM said “this court stopped its jurisdiction to entertain the application for guarantees” considering the part 36a and the fact that the three were held for a crime under various provisions of the NDPS actions which were the punishment that was prescribed more than three years.
All exclusive allegations can be considered by the Special Court, the order further states.

Aryan Khan, son of Bollywood Superstar Shah Rukh Khan, and Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha were arrested on October 3 after the alleged confiscation of illegal drugs on a cruise ship from Mumbai Beach.
They have been ordered under various provisions of the NDPS law and are currently in terms of justice.
So far, 18 people have been captured by the narcotics control bureau in connection with the incident.
The ACMM court recorded an investigation revealed that the accusations were leveled with all the defendants in connection with consumption, sales and purchases, with the secondary quantity and the commercial number of narcotics drugs and psychotropic substances allegedly confiscated, where the punishment was prescribed more than three years.

While lawyers argue for guarantees because the defendant quoted various previous commands, the ACMM court said such decisions were useless because of the circumstances and circumstances of this case in hand, adding that the Supra’s decision was quoted differently from each other.
“The same is related to the strength of the session and court session.
Considering all these aspects, the guarantee application submitted by the defendant cannot be maintained before this court.
The same thing must be rejected,” he added.
When this problem appeared to hear before on Friday, additional lawyers General Anil Singh had challenged a bail application claiming Magistrate Court did not have jurisdiction to hear applications like that.

A lawyer said Khan, Merchant and Dhamecha tended to move the session court to guarantee on Monday.
Three and the others were held after the NCB stormed the Goa cruise on the night of October 2.
Meanwhile, the Judge Court on Saturday sent Achit Kumar, which was held based on Khan’s statement and merchant, for judicial custody.
NCB claims Kumar used to supply the drug to the duo.
