Nagpur: Revenue Minister Maharashtra Balasaheb Thorat defends Cabinet colleagues and Energy Minister Nitin Raut on his move to write a letter to the chairman of the Minister of Uddhav Thackeray for the recovery of power bills from the government’s department from the government.
