Bengaluru: All eyes were set in the three judges in the Karnataka High Court, who will hear on Thursday afternoon, the petition questioned the ban on ‘hijab’ (headscarves) by students in college.
Chief Judge Karthataka Ritu Ruit Raj Awasthi on Wednesday has formed a full bench consisting of itself, justice Krishna S Dixit and Justice Jaibunnisa M Khazi remembers the urgency to hear this problem.
Previously on Wednesday, justice Dixit, who heard this case, referred to this problem for consideration of Awasthi judge with a view that a larger bench could look into this case.
The Minister of Premier and Secondary Education Karnataka B C Nagesh on Thursday declared his satisfaction for the establishment of a full bench to hear this case.

“The satisfying thing is that the full bench has been constructed immediately, who will begin to hear from today.
We expect a good judgment, which will end this problem,” Minister said to reporters.
Nagesh added that he was with the main minister of Basavaraj Bommai, Interior Minister Araga Jnanendra and the Minister of Higher Education Dr.
C Narayan had regularly held a meeting since the hijab erupted.
The hijab Row began at the end of December last year when several students began to come to the government pre-university college in Udupi wearing a headscarf.
To protest it, some Hindu students began to come to college wearing a turmeric scarf.
This line spreads to other educational institutions in various parts of the country, and protests take violence in several places.
The state government on Tuesday ordered the closure of all secondary schools and colleges in Karnataka for three days due to increasing tension on this issue.
