Letter: Three people died because they were weak when they checked the waste line which had just been placed for blockages in Faliya from Dokmardi Locality in the city of Silvassa Union Dadra Nagar Haveli on Thursday.
It took two hours to extract workers because the nearest soil must be excavated with Earthmover.
The deceased includes Dharmik, which oversees inspection work, and two Ishwar and Rajesh workers.
“Workers examine the drainage line for blockages.
Initially, a worker entered and when he began to strangle Dharmik entered to save him.
When both began to strangle the third delivery of entry and he also fell unconscious,” said an UT official.
A silvassa city council officer said that the recently placed wastewater line and before using it, the contractor’s forces examined it for blockages.
“Workers examine some parts before reaching this point and at the blockage who pays attention they may have entered the waste line,” he added.

Meanwhile, the police have started a preliminary investigation and after collecting the details of the case will be registered.
Sources said that Dharmik came from Amreli and two workers from Dahod.
All three are contracting employees who are assigned to check the waste line.
