Noida: Three men allegedly robbed Personal Company Executive Rs 15,000 and several jewelry on Saturday.
The victim, who was identified as Mohammed Tanzeem, who owned the early morning train to be arrested, stood in the 12/22/56 T-toint sector around 5:30 a.m.
to travel to Anand Vihar Railway Station.
According to the complainant, two men approached him and asked if he wanted to go to Anand Vihar because they also headed there, where Tanzeem answered with affirmative.
After a while, the Wagonr car approached them and the three men rose.
Immediately after, the defendant drove a vehicle to the Noida-Delhi border through Jhundpura and stopped the car.
Tanzeem accused that the defendant claimed that since the examination took place in the area, he had to keep all his money in the bag.
“After stopping there for some time, the driver took another route to Delhi.
However, they drove towards Noida-Greater Noida Expressway and then the two men beat me and took a cash bag from me,” he told the police.
“I was beaten badly and they took RS 15,000 cash from me.
I have a train to catch but they take my ticket too,” Tanzeem added.
He said the defendant was suspected of attacking him with a knife because he suffered a few signs on his face, neck and hand.
ACP-2 (Noida) Rajnish Verma told Ti that the defendant had been arrested on several CCTV cameras in the Delhi area and also in Noida.
A FIR has been submitted under the IPC 392 (robbery) section.
