Chaibasa: Three family members, who were lost earlier this week, were found killed and buried in the river here, a senior police officer on Thursday, while also stating that a suspect was taken to be questioned from kasing.

The victims, Pondegair villagers in the West Singhbhum district were identified as Salem Danga (40), his wife Belani (40) and his 13-year-old daughter Rahil, said the officer.
Their body, with a gap of the throat, was found buried in the Karo Koel river bed on Wednesday.
Acting on a tip-off, the police took local Danga, Marx, who, during interrogation, “admitted that he and the other three killed their couples and daughters, said the senior officer.
The attack was then launched and the others allegedly involved in the murder was held.
According to the relatives of the Danga family, the couple has two more daughters, who went to their mother’s aunt when the incident happened.
The exact cause behind the murder was not confirmed but the incident seemed to be a personal fall, police officer said, adding that the body was sent for post-mortem.
