Chennai: Three feared students drowned after they were swallowed up by a big wave when they played at Marina Beach in Chennai on Monday.
The incident occurred on the beach day, theater and park opened after four months of locking.
Students missing are identified as Vimal, 17, Pallavaram and Shakshiel, 17, and Akash, 17, from the Alaxkam.
They have completed class XII and waited to join a college for graduation.
