Letter: The local court sentenced three young men on Thursday to rape a 14-year-old little girl and punish them up to 14 years in prison.
Allegations have kidnapped minor in April 2018 and the gang raped.
District additional district and judge session Ah Dhamani stated that ‘no more embarrassing action rather than satisfying someone’s sexual desire with a little girl’ before punishing ajay javan (20), Chhotu Mudi (22) and Aakash Rathod (19) for those vile crimes.
“The court said that such sex crimes increased from day to day in underage women and children who were waking calls for humanity,” said R P Dobariya, the Public Prosecutor.
In the incident, the minor came out of the house to buy snacks when accused of Javre approached him in a car rickshaw when he returned home.
The defendant offered him going up to his house and instead took him to the Madina market area in Bardoli where he was forcibly made him somewhere.
Here, the three defendants rose repeatedly throughout the night.
A small minor who traumatized suffered an injury and after he changed normally two days later, a complaint was put forward at the Bardoli police station.
Dobariya added that the court denied the mercy that was accused of remembering the evil nature of their crime.
